1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinoraPulse (the "Platform", "Website", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Educational & Simulated Platform

FinoraPulse is a fully simulated, educational stock market terminal. All functionalities, including virtual portfolio trading, stock forecasts, macroeconomic indicators, heatmaps, and price targets:

  • Are for educational, research, and entertainment purposes only.
  • Do not involve real-world capital, stock orders, or actual brokerage services.
  • Are simulated using virtual balances (virtualBalance). No real cash can be deposited, earned, or withdrawn from the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain tools (e.g., AI price predictor, global heatmaps, trading simulator), you must create a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

The software code, design layout, neural network logic, and mathematical formulations on FinoraPulse are the intellectual property of Kartik M G. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically crawl data from our Platform API endpoints (e.g., /api/stats, /api/macro-explorer).
  • Use the Platform for commercial resale of technical analysis data.
  • Perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or flood the Node server with automated requests.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FinoraPulse does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any technical stock forecasts, institutional FII/DII flows, sentiment evaluations, or compounding calculator outputs. All stock predictions are generated algorithmically and are subject to market volatility.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FINORAPULSE, ITS CREATORS, OR ADMINISTRATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, CAPITAL DRAWDOWNS, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. YOU USE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated timestamp. Continuing to access the terminal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
